Happy Anniversary Giveaway!

I cannot believe its been one year since I started this blog! What an incredible journey its been for me. I initially started this creative path to make new friends, connect with my fellow crafters, share my projects and learn from others. This blog has far exceeded my expectations. I have received so many positive reviews and made so many new friends within the last year.

A year ago, I had no idea what a fat quarter was, how to tread a needle or what a seam meant! I remember coming home with my machine and doing trials after trials learning to sew a straight line. I couldn’t imagine actually using my foot pedal to sew and thought for sure I would be stuck in the slow beginners mode forever:-). Thanks to all of you, I have learned so much about myself through this journey. I appreciate all the support.

Here is where the blog stands one year in the making: close to 100 posts, ~2500 followers via email, ~2000 followers on Pinterest, ~6700 followers on Facebook, ~370 followers on Instagram, ~380 followers on Twitter, close to 80,000 page views per month. I get emotional just writing these numbers as a year ago, I didn’t even know what Pinterest was!
